Tell Your Senator: Co-Sponsor the Pesticide Injury Accountability Act!

We have a huge opportunity to fight back against corporate immunity for pesticide companies like Bayer-Monsanto and Syngenta – can you stand with us?

The Pesticide Injury Accountability Act of 2025, introduced by Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), would ensure that pesticide manufacturers can be held responsible for the harm caused by their toxic products. This critical legislation would amend the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to create a federal right of action for anyone who is harmed by a toxic pesticide.

This bill is critical because right now, the pesticide industry is lobbying federally and in multiple states to pass laws which would give them legal immunity from lawsuits brought by farmers, farmworkers, and other individuals seeking damages for injuries caused by their toxic pesticide products and prohibit states from creating stronger regulations than the federal government around pesticide use warnings.
