Section 10205 – Corporate Immunity from Lawsuits 
This provision could eliminate the right of harmed individuals to sue pesticide manufacturers if companies comply with already-weak federal labeling requirements. 

Section 10206 – Stripping State and Local Protections
This provision could strip states and communities of their authority to set stricter pesticide protections than the federal government. 

Section 10207 – Weakening Environmental Safeguards
This provision could exempt EPA-approved pesticides from further critical environmental reviews that protect waterways, federal lands, and endangered species.
